City of Spices Launches “Price Match Promise” Program

City of Spices launched a new program today “Price Match Promise” on all items available in store, we will match competitors’ pricing on identical items.

  
In addition, if a customer finds an item sold in City of Spices stores available for less on any competitor’s store in Canterbury region, we will match the price.

We will MATCH any Price with competitor’s store online or offline*
Before making purchase if you find lower price at competitor’s store, we will MATCH the competition’s price.

Here are the guidelines:

• Price Match is valid for in-store purchases only, it will not work on website.
• We will match all competitor store prices for identical product/brand.
• Items purchased must be identical to the items advertised (e.g., brand, color, size).
• Price match is given at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase date with a valid receipt.
• Final approval for Price Matching is left up to the discretion of the Store Manager.
• Bring your valid receipt from recent purchases you had from competitor’s store, we will match the price.( Only recent 2 weeks receipts are valid for offer ).

Exclusions:

• Clearance,Gift with purchase, offers closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or store wide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off or non-branded items.
• Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor door busters,coupon offers, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
• Price matches and adjustments to competitors will not be allowed for prices from festival days such as Christmas, new year etc.
• Competitors’ service prices (including delivery and installation charges), pre-order and trade-in offers, store offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
• Any Frozen Product of any brand.
• All dairy products such as yogurt, paneer, milk etc.
